Laser Hair Removal

Intense pulse light, also known as Fotofacial™, treats brown spots, sun damage, facial, chest, and neck veins, melasma, rosacea, and poikliderma. Expect redness, swelling, possible bruising, crusting of brown areas. Most patients need approximately 5 treatments plus maintenance treatments every 3-6 months depending on diagnosis. Sclerotherapy

Used to treat smaller spider veins, a solution is injected into the vein destroying the lining and causing the vein to clot and then slowly disappear. (Sometimes used in combination with endovenous laser ablation). Return to the top

Endovenous Laser Ablation

Eliminates varicose veins of varying sizes by making a small, single needle incision in the leg and inserting a fiber into the varicose vein. As the fiber is moved through the vein, the activated laser gently heats and safely closes the vein. The procedure is done under local anesthesia. Return to the top

Phlebectomy

Under local anesthetic large veins at the surface of the skin are removed through small, slit-like incisions in the skin. Requires no stitches. (Sometimes used in combination with endovenous laser ablation.) Return to the top
